The Livingston/Overton County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the graduation of the Leadership Overton Class of 2025, a group of nine community leaders who completed the Chamber's year-long leadership development program and, as their class project, built a brand new disc golf course at Dillon Pond.

The public is invited to the official ribbon cutting ceremony for the course on Wednesday, October 8, at 11:00 a.m. at Dillon Pond.

The Leadership Overton Class of 2025 includes:

• Wilson Cates, Class President, Culligan Water of the Upper Cumberland
• Nathan Dale, Class Vice President, Overton County Commission
• Amanda Strode, Class Secretary, American Bank & Trust of the Cumberlands
• Ashley Bye, CASA of the Tennessee Valley
• Britany Qualls, TCAT-Livingston
• Cora Duke, Duke Digitals Content Studio
• Emily Crawford, Volunteer State Community College
• Lindsey Etheredge, Overton Department Store
• Rhonda Young, Quality Home Health

Leadership Overton is a comprehensive community leadership program designed to develop informed, engaged citizens throughout Overton County. Over the course of the year, participants explore government, economic development, healthcare, education, and other sectors that shape the community's growth and quality of life, and each class completes a project intended to leave a lasting benefit for the county.

"This class took on an ambitious project and saw it through, and Overton County now has a recreational amenity that families will enjoy for years to come because of their work," said Zach Stephens, President & CEO of the Livingston/Overton County Chamber of Commerce.
