Fall-O-Ween has become Livingston's premier family-friendly festival, drawing thousands of attendees from across the Upper Cumberland for an afternoon of safe trick-or-treating. The event is free to all families, made possible by the Livingston/Overton County Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Livingston, generous sponsors, and the businesses, churches, schools, and organizations that host booths. 

This year's festival returns to the Historic Downtown Square and Central Park, with booths and tents set up across the square and surrounding the park grounds and adjacent areas. 

The daytime trick-or-treating on the square and around Central Park runs from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and the celebration continues into the evening with Mule-Drawn Wagon Rides, Costume Contests (both people and pets), Fall-O-Ween Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony, Night at the Museum at the Overton County Heritage Museum, and Haunted Historic Walking Tours with storyteller Darren Shell.
